July 1st marks the transition of Lawrence Central Rotary as Daniel takes over as President! Join us as Daniel covers a some of his life and plans for the upcoming year with LCR!

Southwest Middle School teacher, Andi Simon, joins us to discuss her classes in coding and 3D modeling.

Today we are joined by Dr. John Paul Henry, PhD, who will present about a Rotary-funded project providing literacy programs for women and children within the Yumbe District in Uganda. Dr. Paul Henry is also a member of the Lawrence Rotary Club!

Today we are joined by Jill Jaxx, a musical performer and vocal teacher with over twenty-five years of experience! Ms. Jaxx has guest-starred on several television shows (Happy Days, the Red Skelton Show, the Carol Burnett Show and more) and has opened for many great singers (Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bob Hope and many more!).

Today we are joined by Bret Cortright, Executive Director, and Sarah Davis, Director of Development with War Horses for Veterans. Their organization is billed as “America’s Premier Performance Horse Program” and specifically meant for veterans and first responders. View more here.
