Tiffany Utech, a Victim Services Specialist with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), joins us today. The mission of MADD is to “end drunk driving, fight drugged driving, support the victims of these violent crimes and prevent underage drinking”. MADD was established on September 5th, 1980 in California after the death of Cari Lightner at the hands of an impaired driver.
