Dr. Frank Arpan, the newest President of Haskell Indian Nations University, will be joining us this week. Dr. Arpan is a member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe and joined Haskell University in May, 2022. Dr. Arpan previously held a position as the Dean of Academics at Sisseton Wahpeton College in South Dakota.

Christy Miller joins us this week to share information on the Americana Music Academy where she serves as Executive Director. The Academy was founded in 2001 by Thom Alexander to allow for individuals interested in music to gather. Dr. Miller also holds a doctorate degree in Musicology from the University of Kansas.
